Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 21.01.2004 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Browarnej 2 do kościoła p.w. Michała Archanioła (Rybaki), gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym św. Jerzego od ul. Gałczyńskiego (gł. brama)

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00 przy D.P. "Cultus" przy ul. Browarnej 2.
