Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 18.02.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła p.w. Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 10.45 przy kaplicy na Bielanach.
