Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 06.07.2004 o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego CCK do Kościoła p.w. NMP gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Komunalnym nr 2 (koło Spomaszu)
Autokar podstawiony będzie o godz. 10.15
przy ul. Matejki 95/17
