Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 12.V.2004 o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. M.B.Królowej Polski (Rub.I), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na CCK ul. Grudziądzka 192.

przed domem ul. Rydygiera 19A o godz. 9.50.
