Ukochany Mąż, Brat, Wujek i Stryj

po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. Sakramentami,
zmarł nieoczekiwanie, nagle, w 90 roku życia
dnia 18 listopada 2012 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odprawione zostanie
w piątek, dnia 23 listopada 2012 roku, o godz. 12.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim, po czym nastąpi
odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłego na miejsce
wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim bólu
