Jana Uchmana ps. „Kowal” (1912-1989) Urodził się w Kraczkowej, ukończył II Gimnazjum im. Stanisława Sobińskiego w Rzeszowie i Politechnikę we Lwowie. Współpracownik Delegatury Rządu RP, kierownik łączności radiowej Delegatury Rządu Rzeczypospolitej na Kraj w okresie II wojny światowej aż do ostatniego dnia Powstania Warszawskiego.
