dnia 1 lutego 2013 roku, o godzinie 10.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążone w głębokim smutku
