na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Smętnej we Wrocławiu (Sępolno).
Msza żałobna zostanie odprawiona w dniu pogrzebu o godzinie 7.00 w kościele pw. św. Ignacego Loyoli przy ul. Stysia 16 we Wrocławiu.
