przeżywszy lat 90, zmarł dnia 27 września 2012 roku.

Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie w czwartek dnia 4 października 2012 roku o godzinie 13.00
w kościele parafialnym pw. Podwyższenia Krzyża w Brzostku,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego do grobu rodzinnego,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w żalu
