I chociaż choroba okazała się silniejsza jesteśmy przekonani, że podarowaliście nam kilkanaście miesięcy życia Naszego ukochanego Męża, Tatusia, Syna i Zięcia.
Dzięki wyjątkowo ofiarnej pomocy odszedł godnie i bez bólu dnia 3.08.2012 r.
