Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona dnia 5 grudnia 2012 r. o godz. 10.00 w kościele parafialnym pw. św. Kazimierza Królewicza, Gdańsk Zaspa, ul. Pilotów 1.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 12.00 na cmentarzu Srebrzysko w Gdańsku (kaplica przy bramie głównej cmentarza).
