Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie w czwartek 21 czerwca 2012 r. o godz. 12.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Prądnik Biały, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku, o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:
Żona, Syn, Synowa, i Wnuki
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
