w kaplicy przy kościele św. Franciszka z Asyżu, ul. Borowska
dnia 9 stycznia 2013 roku o godz. 12.00, po której nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarz parafialny przy ul. Działkowej, Wrocław (Skowronia Góra).
