Po długiej chorobie odszedł Pan Stanisław Ciepły I Zastępca Prezydenta Miasta Opola w latach 2002 2010 współpracownik, szef, kolega, mentor, przyjaciel Jego poczucie obowiązku, odpowiedzialność, dobroć i chęć niesienia pomocy pozostanie na zawsze w naszej pamięci i sercach. Wyrazy współczucia dla Rodziny i najbliższych składają Prezydent Miasta Opola i pracownicy Urzędu Miasta Opola Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 5 września 2012 r. na Cmentarzu Komunalnym w Opolu Półwsi o godz. 11.00
