22 listopada 2012 r. o godz 10.20, w nowej kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim,

po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:
