Z głębokim smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 12.04.2012r. odszedł on nas najukochańszy mąż, ojciec, dziadek, brat

ŚP. doktor Jerzy Woźniak

Oficer AK, skazany w PRL na karę śmierci, przez 9 lat więziony na Mokotowie i Wronkach. Lekarz, były minister w Urzędzie ds. Kombatantów i Osób Represjonowanych. Odznaczony Krzyżem Komandorskim z Gwiazdą Orderu Odrodzenia Polski, dwukrotnie Krzyżem Walecznych oraz Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi z Mieczami. Odszedł wielki patriota, społecznik, dobry i szlachetny Człowiek.

Ceremonia żałobna rozpocznie się Mszą Świętą w dniu 20.04.2012 r. (piątek) o godzinie 11.00 w Kościele Garnizonowym we Wrocławiu. Pogrzeb bezpośrednio po Mszy Świętej o godzinie 13.00 na cmentarzu Osobowickim we Wrocławiu.

Pogrążona w żałobie Rodzina.
