Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbyła się w dniu 12 grudnia 2008 r.
w kościele P.W. Błogosławionego Czesława
oraz w kaplicy przy Starym Cmentarzu w Opolu Półwsi

Wszystkim Państwu uczestniczącym w obrządku pogrzebowym
składamy najserdeczniejsze podziękowania.
