przeżywszy lat 55, po chorobie,

opatrzona św. Sakramentami

zasnęła w Panu dnia 5 maja 2012 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie

w czwartek, dnia 10 maja 2012 roku o godzinie 13.00

w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Borku Fałeckim,

po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej

na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku

Mama, Siostra, Brat i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
