w dniu 9 kwietnia 2011 roku o godzinie 12.00 w kościele pw. M.B. Częstochowskiej przy al. Kochanowskiego 11. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godzinie 14.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Smętnej.
