J.Kantego , ul.Leśna 7a.Wystawienie w dniu 4 sierpnia 2011r. o godz. 12.50 w kaplicy cmentarnej na Starym Cmentarzu , wyprowadzenie o godz. 13.20. O czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku Rodzina.
