Nagrodą Indywidualną Miasta Poznania,
Srebrnym Medalem Zasłużony w kulturze Gloria Artis, Statuetką Ariona.

Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się 10 grudnia br.
o godz. 12.45 na cmentarzu miłostowskim
w Poznaniu, wejście od ul. Warszawskiej.
