w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w żałobie
Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
