Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie w piątek, 25 października 2019 roku o godz. 11.00
w sali pożegnań na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu
Żona, Mama, Siostra, Brat i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
