odszedł od nas dnia 14 czerwca 2018 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie w piątek, 22 czerwca 2018 r. o godz. 12.00 w kaplicy
na cmentarzu Salwatorskim, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku, o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu.

Żona, Córka, Syn, Synowa, Wnuki i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
