m.in. Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi, Medalem Komisji Edukacji Narodowej, Srebrną i Złotą Odznaką Honorową Polskiego Towarzystwa Stomatologicznego, Srebrną i Złotą Odznaką Honorową Academia Medica Wratislaviensis oraz Odznaką Honorową za Wzorową Pracę w Służbie Zdrowia.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w poniedziałek, 28 maja 2018 roku o godzinie 14:00 na Cmentarzu Grabiszyńskim we Wrocławiu.
