Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek dnia 21 marca 2017 r.
o godz. 13.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Córka, Zięć, Wnukowie z Rodzinami

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o złożenie datków
na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza do puszki
w czasie uroczystości pogrzebowej.
