Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbyły się w Łodzi
w dniu 21 października 2016 r.,
na cmentarzu Zarzew przy ul. Lodowej.

Wszystkim, którzy w jakikolwiek sposób
pomogli mojemu Mężowi w walce z chorobą
oraz wspierali mnie i moją rodzinę
w tych trudnych chwilach
z całego serca dziękuję.
