Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się mszą świętą żałobną w kaplicy na cmentarzu przy ul. Bardzkiej we Wrocławiu dnia 25 czerwca 2016 r., w sobotę o godzinie 11:00,

po której nastąpi uroczyste odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
Pogrążona w smutku Rodzina.
