we wtorek 29 listopada 2016 roku o godzinie 13.00
w Sali Pożegnań na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w smutku

oraz Siostra z Rodziną
