Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek, dnia 16 listopada 2015 roku, o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku

Żona z Rodziną

Dla uczestników pogrzebu zostanie podstawiony autobus
os. Zgody, blok nr 12, o godz. 10.00.
