Przeżywszy 64 lata,
odeszła od nas niespodziewanie dnia 22 października 2015 roku.

Ceremonia pożegnania Zmarłej odbędzie się w piątek,
30 października 2015 r., o godz. 12.00
w Sali Pożegnań na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w smutku

Mąż Jerzy,
Dzieci Joanna, Magdalena, Bartłomiej, Dorota, Łukasz
Wnuki Igor, Nina, Michał, Dominik
