Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie 17.08.2015 r. (poniedziałek) o godzinie 10.00 w Kościele p.w. NMP Matki Kościoła przy ul. Jaskółczej. Pogrzeb odbędzie się po mszy świętej na cmentarzu parafialnym MB Nieustającej Pomocy przy ul. Kossaka.
