Przeżywszy lat 63, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
odszedł od nas na zawsze 7 sierpnia 2016 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione
w piątek, 12 sierpnia 2016 r. o godz. 11.00
w kościele parafialnym Miłosierdzia Bożego
przy ul. Kurczaba 5 w Nowym Prokocimiu,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku
na cmentarzu w Prokocimiu przy ul. Bieżanowskiej o godz. 12.00,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
