Kochana, najtroskliwsza, oddana całym sercem
swym najbliższym Mama, Teściowa, Kuzynka,
Babcia i Prababcia ,,Zefirka"
Zmarła w piątek, 21 sierpnia 2015 roku, pozostawiając
nas w bólu i ogromnym żalu.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w piątek, 28 sierpnia 2015 roku
o godz. 13.50 na cmentarzu junikowskim w Poznaniu.
