w kościele św. Mikołaja, ul. Kopernika 9 w Krakowie.

Odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku
nastąpi na Cmentarzu Podgórskim, ul. Wapienna 13
w tym samym dniu o godz. 12.00.

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki
na rzecz Stowarzyszenia Psychiatria i Sztuka.
