Hieronim Płocieniak Pogrzeb odbędzie się w sobotę 24 października 2015 roku o godz. 12.40 na starym cmentarzu komunalnym przy ul. Wrocławskiej w Zielonej Górze. Wystawienie w kaplicy o godz. 12.10 Pogrążona w smutku rodzina Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji. Msza św. w intencji Zmarłego zostanie odprawiona w dniu pogrzebu o godz. 7.00 w kościele pw św. Urbana.
