w środę dnia 12 sierpnia 2015 roku o godz. 13.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim w Krakowie,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku
