Pogrążeni w głębokim żalu zawiadamiamy, że dnia 11. listopada 2014 r., w wieku 89 lat zmarła nasza Kochana Mama, Siostra, Teściowa, Babcia, Prababcia, Ciocia, Pastorowa Urszula Żwak z d. Adler, wieloletnia organistka parafii ewangelickiej w Mikołowie, Gliwicach, Kłodzku, Lewinie Brzeskim i w Opolu. Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się 17. listopada 2014 r. o godz. 11.00 w kościele ewangelickim przy ul. Pasiecznej 12 w Opolu, po czym ciało zostanie złożone do grobu na Cmentarzu Komunalnym w Opolu - Półwsi. Pogrążona w smutku Rodzina Jeśli kto chce pójść za mną, niechaj się zaprze samego siebie i bierze krzyż swój na siebie codziennie i naśladuje mnie, Łuk. 9,23
