Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się mszą świętą
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
w piątek 11 kwietnia 2014 r. o godz. 13.00,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłego
na miejsce spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w bólu i żałobie
Żona, Siostra z Mężem, Siostrzenice, Antosia

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki
na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza
zbierane podczas uroczystości.
