Odeszła od nas Pani por. OTYLIA SZELCZYŃSKA lat 101 Pani Otylia została 28.08.1939 r. powołana do służby wojskowej z przydziałem do Szpitala Polowego na Helu i 3.10. wraz z garnizonem helskim dostała się do niemieckiego obozu jenieckiego. Po wyzwoleniu została odznaczona za zasługi wojenne Medalem na Polu Chwały, krzyżem za udział w Wojnie Obronnej, medalem Zwycięstwa i Wolności i innymi odznaczeniami w tym Za Zasługi dla ZKRPiBWP, w którym to Związku poprzez ZBOWiD była aktywnym członkiem Cześć Jej Pamięci! Za prezydium ZKRPiBWP - prezes LZW płk Henryk Karliński
