Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione dnia 12 października 2013 roku o godzinie 12.00 w kościele pw. Błogosławionego Biskupa M. Kozala przy ul. Nakielskiej 303. Pogrzeb odbędzie się po Mszy św. na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Tańskich - Prądy.

Krewnych, znajomych i przyjaciół zawiadamiają pogrążeni w żałobie Żona Jola, syn Piotr z rodzina i córka Agnieszka z Mają Prosimy o modlitwę za zmarłego
