Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie w czwartek
dnia 13 listopada 2014 roku o godzinie 10.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w żałobie

Kochający Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuczka, Brat i Rodzina
