w poniedziałek dnia 28 kwietnia 2014 roku o godzinie 10.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w żałobie
