Najukochańszy Mąż, Ojciec, Dziadzio i Brat
Przeżywszy lat 74, po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 5 października 2014 roku.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbyły się
w czwartek dnia 9 października 2014 r.
na cmentarzu Rakowickim.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Żona, Siostra, Dzieci, Wnuki
i Przyjaciele
