zmarł dnia 8 października 2013 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek, dnia 14 października 2013 r. o godz. 13.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłego na miejsce spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Żona, Córka, Syn, Synowa Ola, Zięć, Teściowa i Wnuczęta
