Z żalem przyjąłem wiadomość o śmierci doktora nauk medycznych, ŚP. STANISŁAWA MADEJA. Odszedł dobry człowiek, wybitny lekarz, niezwykle ceniony przez pacjentów i współpracowników. RODZINIE składam wyrazy głębokiego współczucia - Wojciech Lubawski, Prezydent Miasta Kielce.

Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 3.04.2013r. odszedł od nas śp. Stanisław Madej dr n. med. laryngolog. Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie w dniu 6.04.2013r. (sobota) o godz. 12:00 w Kościele Św. Maksymiliana Kolbe, po czym nastąpi wyprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na Cmentarzu Starym. Mama, Żona, Synowie, Synowe i Wnuczek.
