dnia 20 września 2013 r. o godz. 13.00
w kaplicy cmentarnej w Sosnowcu
przy al. Mireckiego, po którym urna z prochami
zostanie złożona w grobie rodzinnym na miejscowym cmentarzu.

Pogrążeni w smutku i żałobie pozostają
Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuczka,
Siostra z Mężem i Rodzina
