Msza żałobna odbędzie się 10 października 2013 r. o godz. 12.30 w Kościele Narodzenia NMP i św. Jana Apostoła ul. Robotnicza 3 we Włocławku. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu komunalnym przy ul. Chopina o godz. 13.30. Pogrążeni w wielkim bólu i smutku Syn, Synowa, Wnuczka z Mężem, Wnuk z Żoną, Prawnuczek i Rodzina. Autokar będzie podstawiony przy kościele.
