Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w środę dnia 20 listopada 2013 roku o godzinie 13.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim przy ulicy Reduty,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Żona, Córka, Syn, Zięć, Wnuki, Prawnuki i Rodzina
