w piątek, dnia 28 czerwca 2013 r. o godz. 12.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
O czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w
głębokim smutku żona, córka, wnuk i Rodzina
